California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

This notice applies to residents of California and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It describes MONEYlume's practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but you may still opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.
5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
MONEYlume does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. You do not need to take any action to invoke this right on our site. However, Google AdSense may use cookies to personalize ads across sites — you can opt out at Google Ad Settings or via the DAA opt-out tool.
6. How to Submit a CCPA Request
To exercise any of the rights above, contact us:

- Response time: We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will not require you to create an account.
